Workforce Wednesday

It’s Workforce Wednesday!! It was a great morning as Justin Clearman, Plant Supervisor/Manager of Wells Lamont met with Mrs. Childs’s Engineering Year I and Year II students on the processes and methods of Lean Manufacturing and how it helps to make the manufacturing systems of Wells Lamont successful and efficient. Mr. Clearman also spoke with students about career options and best practices for future career decisions. #RocketPride Neshoba Central is proud of the partnership with Wells Lamont to provide opportunities for our students.
