NCHS is set to host a blood drive on Wednesday, August 20th. 

Students, If you are interested, please complete the form that is linked below so that you can donate on Wednesday, August 20th. You must be at least 16 to donate. If you are 16, you must have a donor form completed and signed by a guardian before you can donate. These forms are in the front office with Mrs. Sullivan.

Once you have signed up, Mrs. Sullivan or Mr. Walker will email you with your donation time slot. 

We need as many donations as possible.
