Welcome to the Neshoba County School District Career/Technical Education and Workforce Development Department! Neshoba Central is dedicated to preparing students for a future where they can thrive, contribute meaningfully to society, and achieve their full potential. 3. Strong Partnerships: By building partnerships with industry leaders, higher education institutions, and community organizations, the district offers valuable mentorship, internship, and job shadowing opportunities to enrich students' learning experiences. 

4. Soft Skills Development: Emphasizing the importance of soft skills such as communication, teamwork, and problem-solving, the district prepares students for success in professional environments through project-based learning and experimental activities. 

5. Post-Graduation Support: Provides comprehensive career guidance, college counseling, and job placement services to support students in their transistion after graduation, ensuring they are well-equipped to pursue higher education or enter the workforce.
